Hi, I’m Jessica, and I'm a therapist, a human, a mother, a wife, and a passionate advocate for mental health support. My goal is to provide a supportive environment, using my empathy, collaborative nature, and humor as I can. I want to equip you with the tools you need to empower yourself and maintain positive changes in your life. I enjoy the work I do and find the therapeutic relationship to be a powerful component of this long-lasting change.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA MFC#89119), who has been practicing for over 10 years. I am also licensed in the state of Montana (LIC #57489). I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy is from Pepperdine University Graduate School.
I have specialized training in EMDR therapy. I am also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C) & have training and experience in working with the perinatal period, including pregnancy, and postpartum. I am LGBTQ+ friendly, and I am a member of the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) community.
